2010

May 2010 Ridgewood New York Diversified Heat Transfer (DHT) expands its international business with a major contract for large refinery heaters for a Hydrocracking expansion in the Middle East. This is another such major refinery heater award in the last two years further expanding DHT's experience in this important business sector.

Diversified Heat Transfer, Inc. has recently invested in a new state of the art, Amada Punch Press Machine. The new press machine will facilitate a more accurate and faster production of the critical components of its heat transfer products.

 

2009

August - GEA PHE Systems North America Inc. Represented by Diversified Heat Transfer (DHT) has been awarded a contract by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey to supply two large capacity Free Cooling Titanium Plate Heat Exchangers for the central chiller plant of the World Trade Center 911 Memorial site. This is one of many projects that have been awarded to GEA/DHT by local government entities on large heat exchanger projects.

June - DHT provides Steam Dump Condensers to Santa Ana California Court House Co- Gen Facility

June - DHT now offering Techtanium Dual Coil Indirect Water Heaters, Ideal for use with Solar Heating Systems

April - DHT awarded contract to supply High Pressure Steam Dump condensers to Foxwoods Co-Gen facilty in Conn. This is the third such contract DHT has worked for the Co Gen markets which will continue to grow in certain high Kilowatt states.

DHT is getting more and more involved with GREEN PROJECTS.

DHT has recently been awarded a large contract to design and manufacture a series of high pressure heat exchangers which are used in a process of used motor oil re-refining. The units are currently being shipped to the site in Kansas for plant start up in August.

2007

DHT receives contracts to design and build heat exchangers for specialized waste oil recovery refineries on the West coast.

DHT wins contract to build tank heaters for the largest Bio Diesel plant in the United States.

 

2006

DHT is awarded a large contract to supply Domestic hot water heaters to Siemens Building Systems for New York City Housing Authority Hot Water Tank replacement project

 

2005

OCTOBER - DHT takes delivery of a new state of the art Hurco VMX64 vertical machining center. The new machine will greatly increase the drilling capacity, speed and quality of the companies heat exchanger tubesheets and baffles. The machine will enable the company to move designs directly off the in house thermal, mechanical and CAD systems onto the Machines CNC controller. This will help cut production time and increase hole position and accuracy. The machine will be an invaluable asset for the future heat exchanger business which represents a major investment in the future.

"DHT introduces a newly developed Commercial Tankless coil capable of delivering upwards of 10,000 GPH of Domestic Hot water for large apartment complexes, schools, hospitals etc.

DHT is awarded a contract from a Major Metal Refining company to supply three waste heat recovery heat exchangers with skid mounting, valves and interconnecting piping. The design will incorporate the use of all stainless steel material construction to preclude corrosion from the refining process.

 

2004

DHT receives follow on contract from Mitsui Babcock to design and supply heat exchangers for Steam to Ammonia heating for Coal fired scrubber systems.

DHT receives contracts for instantaneous water heaters at Famous New York establishments MACY'S 34th street and Tavern on the Green.

 

2003

DHT recently was awarded a contract with Mitsui Babcock for Steam-to-Ammonia heat exchangers on TVA (Tennessee Valley) power plant project.

 

2002

Diversified Heat Transfer has recently been awarded a contract to design and supply a new type of Domestic Hot Water Heater for several large housing units within the New York City Housing Authority System. The heaters will utilize feed forward valves supplied by Leslie.

DHT wins multi unit contract to produce industrial grade snowmelt heating skids from Heliport Systems of Morristown N.J

DHT was recently awarded a contract by Excelon to design and fabricate four large fuel oil heaters for their Eddystone Generating facility in Philadelphia.
